Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, you can freeze your membership for up to 30 days per year at no extra charge. Medical freezes with doctor's note are unlimited.
Is there a joining fee?
We occasionally run no-joining-fee promotions. Standard joining fee is ₹999 (one-time). Check our current offers at the front desk.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-cycle?
Absolutely! You can upgrade anytime and only pay the pro-rated difference for the remaining days in your billing cycle.
What's the cancellation policy?
You can cancel with 30 days' written notice. No cancellation fees — we believe in earning your membership every month.
